These dudes are stoked! Lucky they had their sea legs and “big nutz” when this shark came boatside.

On Tuesday, The crew of Big Nutz Requied II fucked around with a 16-18 foot shark 30 miles Southeast of Pt. Pleasant, NJ. In full-on Jaws-like fashion the shark circled the boat for nearly an hour, bit the side of the vessel, and stole the chum bag that the fishermen were using to attract the beast, according to Patch.

Captains of Big Nutz Required II, Scott and Jeff Crilly, took the videos as they bugged out at the size, teeth, and black, unblinking and unfeeling eyes of the huge Great White shark.

“We’ve fished for sharks a lot and never seen anything like that. We were amazed by how big it was,” Capt. Jeff Crilly told the Asbury Park Press.

Crilly, 31 of Toms River, estimates the shark’s length was more than half the size of the boat, or 16 to 18 feet. Crilly’s boat is a 31-foot Bertram sport boat and the boys aboard all have gigantic, steel nuts. Not shitting their pants (or at least not pictured) and not falling into the water around this massive shark, these guys lived to tell a crazy tale that we might have felt better if we’d never heard…

“We saw this big, black blob. Then we saw the white belly,” said Ray Kerico, who was on board Big Nutz Required II. “It took a piece of fiberglass that we’re not going to fix…” “It was just about the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.”
